Delivery Information

Standard timber products are usually dispatched 10 to 14 working days after we receive your order. Bespoke products are usually dispatched 4 to 5 weeks after we receive your order. All delivery times are subject to availability of the products.

You can collect your goods if you prefer. Please ensure you select ‘collect’ at checkout.

Once your goods are ready in our depot, we will email you to let you know. Please ensure that you have given us your correct email address and telephone number.

If we are delivering, our couriers will contact you to arrange delivery. Once a delivery date has been agreed, please ensure that you or a representative are at the delivery address to accept delivery of your products and to sign the delivery note.

If you are collecting, we will arrange a suitable day and time with you. Please ensure that you collect with a suitable vehicle at the arranged time.

Most of our products will be delivered on pallets by lorry. Our pallet charges are based on mainland UK postcodes. Unfortunately, we don’t deliver to Jersey or Guernsey.

Palletised deliveries are termed as ‘kerbside’ deliveries. This means that the delivery driver will park at the closest point they feel is suitable and safe to unload, and the pallet will be removed from the lorry. The goods must then be transferred from the pallet into the customers’ property without delay to ensure that the goods are not left outside to suffer from rain, sunshine, heat, moist atmosphere or accidental damage.

Drivers may decide not to enter a customer’s driveway or property, however this is at their discretion.

Customers are advised that delivery drivers aren’t obliged to carry goods from the delivery vehicle or pallet to the property. The customer must ensure that they, or at least one person acting on their behalf, are available to sign for the goods and are capable of carrying them into the property without harming themselves or others.

Customers must advise us if access is unsuitable for a lorry. In this instance we may have to quote for a special delivery, which may be more expensive than standard pallet delivery. Alternatively, customers can arrange for off-loading from a lorry at a suitable and safe neighbouring location. This must be arranged prior to delivery.
