Roof: Fully insulated and waterproof with T&G interior fitted to hardwood faced plywood. Red Cedar Shingles on solid timber bearers.
Walls: Fully insulated and waterproof with T&G clad exterior and interior fitted to hardwood faced plywood on solid timber frames.
Floor: Fully insulated and waterproof with hardwood faced plywood fitted to solid timber joists. Option of oak flooring.
Doors: Solid Redwood half glazed door with double glazed top panel and solid tongue & groove boarded bottom panel. Rebated solid Redwood door frame and sill with high quality seals, hinges, lock and handle.
Windows: Solid Redwood with double glazing. High quality hinges, stay and handles.
