Floor: Hardwood faced plywood on solid timber joists.

Doors: Solid Redwood half glazed door with double glazing and solid tongue & groove boards. Rebated solid Redwood door frame and sill with high quality seals. High quality hinges, lock and handle are fitted.

Windows: Solid Redwood with double glazing. High quality hinges, stay and handles are fitted.
